Protein = 1 Palm size quantity of your hand
Vegetables = As much of more of protein (usually
double in my experience to keep good gut bacteria)
Carb = as much as you can hold in 1 cupped hand.
Fats = 1 thumb sized
Frequency of Meals
General Rule: Eat more times. In every meal, eat
less.
If you eat 3 times a day, then split that to 5 or
6 times a day. Don’t increase the amount
of food, just spread it out.
The choice of what we eat will come from
macros.
The choice of how much of something we eat
comes from portioning.
